This thing really does work to help my muscle pain in my legs and back. It feels like I am giving myself shock therapy. It is adjustable so that you can decrease the tingle and you can set the amount of time that you want. It sometimes hurts if I turn up the electric shock too high. But it does really work.

There are different size electrode pads. What I don’t like is the stickiness of the electrode pads, they don’t last very long.
