I wasn't too thrilled with this. It is too small to zip closed over my massive chest. Maybe after I lose some weight I can use this to lose some weight. I wanted some kind of body shaper that I could wear all the time under my clothes, but this is not it. It is too bulky. This is for wearing during a run or a workout so that sweat a lot of water weight. Which may be useful if it fit me. 3 stars.
