Free Mini Fan

This fan does not work hardly at all. The day I got it, I charged it for two days and it still wouldn't turn on then it started working. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. It has a really powerful motor so that it blows really hard on the days it does work. It has a USB plug for charging. The front has Chinese writing on it. It would be a pretty good little fan if it would just work consistently. Sometimes I have to press the on button a half dozen times to get it to work. I like it on the days it works though the motor is really loud. It has a stand that tilts back which is a good feature. 3 stars.
