I have rheumatoid arthritis mostly localized in my knees and ankles. Occasionally my elbow also hurts and also my hands. As soon as I put these gloves on I felt an immediate improvement. I can't twist off the cap of a soda bottle without a lot of pain, sometimes the simplest task is impossible. Sometimes getting dressed is hard to do especially manipulating buttons. I liked that these gloves really improved my grip. I could hold my kindle or phone in my hand for long periods of time without feeling pain. I got a size medium and they fit really well. I also wore them in 90 degree weather. They are very lightweight and the fabric is thin enough that your skin can breathe. I am really glad that I was given the opportunity to tty these gloves. I wear them most of the time now though I don't sleep in them. 5 stars.
